Made Just for You
Every piece we create is made to order, crafted specifically once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or preference. Each order is produced uniquely for you, not pulled from a shelf.
When Something Isn’t Right
We take pride in the quality of every print, but if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at printshouseopen@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of what’s wrong
- A few photos so we can see the issue clearly
Once reviewed, we’ll take care of it with either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
No hassle, no back and forth — just a straightforward fix.
What’s Not Eligible
Because each item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Refunds (When Approved)
If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, feel free to reach out and we’ll help track it down.
Delivery Concerns
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
